5+ years of software development experience
3+ years of focused experience in .Net technologies (through 2.0)
Experience in C#.NET development
Strong experience with OO and middle tier programming
Some exposure to the development of flexible presentation layers using dynamic controls and CSS
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle and SQL Server)
Experience with design patterns
Must have excellent communication
